Act I
The Sanctuary
Behind the honest character of a traditional country house lies an interior of calm, contemporary refinement: natural materials, warm wooden floors and a soft, neutral palette, across more than six hundred square metres of light-filled rooms. Eight bedrooms and six bathrooms receive up to eighteen guests, with generous living spaces and kitchens that allow a large house to move with effortless ease.
Act II
The Celebration
Few houses in Le Marche are made to gather so many. Weddings of up to one hundred and sixty guests unfold between the gardens, the panoramic terrace and the edge of the pool, while the wood-fired oven and the barbecue keep the evening going long after the speeches. For events, guests arrive with a licensed chauffeur service, and the house remains a private world for those who stay.
Act III
The Holiday
Between celebrations, the house returns to the pace of a holiday: mornings by the panoramic pool, lunches from the wood-fired oven, and evenings on the terrace as the last light fades over the hills. With eight bedrooms, it is made for large families and friends travelling together.
Act IV
The Surroundings
All around, the hills roll away towards the mountains, and the Adriatic lies just half an hour away. Days may hold a private chef in the villa, a fresh pasta workshop, a pizza night by the oven or a boat trip along the coast, each arranged quietly on request.
