Cookie Policy
Last updated: 14 October 2026
This page explains which cookies this website uses, what they do and how you can accept or refuse them. We use technical cookies and anonymous statistics that use no cookies at all. Advertising cookies from Meta and Google are used only if you click Accept.
1What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that a website saves in your browser when you visit it. They let the site work properly, remember your choices and, if you allow it, help us understand how visitors use the site. Similar technologies, such as local storage, are covered by this policy too.
2Cookies and statistics we use
Technical cookies are needed for the website to work and to remember the choice you make in the banner. Under EU and Italian law they do not require consent, so they are always active.
Anonymous statistics without cookies. To understand how many people visit the site and which pages they read, we use Matomo (or a similar tool) configured so that it:
- does not save any cookie or other file on your device;
- shortens your IP address, so you cannot be identified;
- produces only aggregate figures (for example, visits per page or per country);
- keeps the data in the European Union and does not share it with anyone or combine it with other data.
Under the guidelines on cookies of the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, 10 June 2021), analytics tools used with these safeguards are treated like technical cookies and can run without consent. They are therefore active for every visitor.
Advertising cookies, only with your consent. If you click Accept, we also activate the Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd) and the Google Ads tag (Google Ireland Ltd). They tell us whether our advertisements on Facebook, Instagram and Google lead to visits and enquiries on this site, for example when an enquiry form is sent or a WhatsApp or email link is clicked, and they allow us to show our advertisements to people who have visited the site. Meta and Google process this data as independent controllers under their own policies: Meta Privacy Policy and Google Privacy Policy. If you click Reject or close the banner, these tools are not loaded at all.
3Cookie list
| Name | Provider | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
| cookie_consent | iN PropertyStyle | Technical: set only if you click Accept, so the banner is not shown again | 6 months |
| _fbp, _fbc | Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd | Advertising, only with your consent: measures the results of our ads on Facebook and Instagram | 3 months |
| _gcl_au, _gcl_aw | Google Ireland Ltd | Advertising, only with your consent: measures the results of our ads on Google | 3 months |
The visit statistics described above set no cookies. The advertising cookies are set only after you click Accept. If we add or change a tool, we will update this list.
4The cookie banner
On your visit a banner explains which cookies the site uses, with two buttons, Accept and Reject. The site works exactly the same whatever you choose.
- If you click Accept, we remember it for 6 months, the banner is not shown again and the advertising tools described above are activated.
- If you click Reject or close the banner, the banner does not reappear while you move from page to page. We do not record your choice in any way: it is kept only in your browser's temporary memory for this visit and is deleted as soon as you close the site. Since nothing about you has been saved, we have no way of recognising you, so the next time you visit the banner appears again.
You can open the banner again at any time with the Cookie settings link at the bottom of every page. If you then click Reject, the advertising tools stop and their cookies are deleted from this site.
5Browser settings
You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Here are the guides for the most common browsers:
6Other services
Our website and visit statistics are hosted in the European Union. If you accept advertising cookies, Meta and Google may transfer data outside the European Union, under the safeguards described in their own policies. The page fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which does not set cookies. If you use your browser's automatic translation, your browser provider may process the page text under its own policy.

8Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when we change the tools we use or when the law changes. The date at the top always shows the latest version.
